There are over 40 state parks to explore in Virginia, with 23 offering water and electric hookups for RVs. State parks are an amazing resource to explore - with or without a camper or tent. In our blog, we'll include our thoughts on parks we've visited. Don't let the absence of "full hookups" scare you off! We have done just fine with Water and Electric only. State parks are more affordable than most private campgrounds, and the sites are often more spacious and beautiful.
